The mission of the Project Development Lab (Moore Hall 155B) is to assist faculty in integrating technology into their teaching. Through consultation, training, and support, staff enables faculty to enrich their course delivery through technology-enhanced instruction. The Project Development Lab is open to faculty and staff of the college on a walk-in basis. The lab is not a student facility, but students working with faculty members can be authorized to use the lab as project assistants. For the Technology Research Classroom (Moore 156), we request that instructors attend a basic orientation session to learn how to use room technologies the week before they use the room for the first time. In addition, we ask that you submit a proposal (in the "notes" section of the reservation request page) along with your request to use the room, outlining how you will use the room technologies for your course. It is to be understood that requests for the use of the rooms are only to be made for days on which the technology in the rooms is needed and that when technology is not part of the class activity the regularly assigned classroom is to be used.
